사진은 언제 볼 수 있나요?: 롤을 현상소에 맡긴 다음 날 아침 9시(기기 시간대 기준)에 현상돼요. 현상되면 알림으로 알려 드려요.
한 롤에 몇 장을 찍을 수 있나요?: 24컷이나 36컷 중에서 고를 수 있어요. 다 찍으면 자동으로 현상소에 맡겨지고, 도중에 끝내고 싶으면 카메라 아래의 "필름 되감기 · 여행 끝"을 누르세요.
찍는 중에 필름을 바꿀 수 있나요?: 한 롤에는 한 필름만 써요. 다른 필름으로 찍고 싶으면 지금 롤을 되감고 새 롤을 넣어 주세요.
사진과 영상은 어떻게 저장하나요?: 선반에서 필름 통을 눌러 결과를 열고, 오른쪽 위 "저장"에서 사진이나 영상을 사진 보관함에 저장하세요.
영상에 음악이 없어요.: 릴스용 9:16 영상은 음악 없이 만들어져요. 인스타그램에 올릴 때 원하는 음악을 넣어 주세요.
사진에 찍히는 날짜를 끌 수 있나요?: 필름을 넣을 때 "날짜 각인" 스위치를 끄면 돼요. 롤마다 따로 정할 수 있어요.
선반이 가득 찼어요.: 화면을 옆으로 넘기면 옆 벽의 선반이 나와요. 새 롤은 늘 첫 번째 벽에 놓여요.
기기를 바꾸면 사진이 옮겨지나요?: 데이터는 기기에만 저장돼요. iPhone 백업으로 새 기기를 복원하면 함께 옮겨지고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워져요. 소중한 사진은 사진 보관함에 저장해 두세요.

When can I see my photos?: A roll develops at 9 AM (your device's time zone) the morning after you drop it off. You'll get a notification when it's ready.
How many shots are on a roll?: 24 or 36, your choice. A full roll goes to the lab by itself; to finish early, tap "Rewind · End trip" under the camera.
Can I switch films mid-roll?: Each roll uses one film. To shoot on a different film, rewind the current roll and load a new one.
How do I save my photos and video?: Tap a canister on the shelf to open its results, then use "Save" at the top right to save photos or the video to Photos.
The video has no music.: The 9:16 video for Reels is made without music. Add the music you like when you post it on Instagram.
Can I turn off the date stamp?: Turn off "Date stamp" when you load the film. You can choose for each roll.
My shelves are full.: Swipe sideways to turn to the next wall of shelves. New rolls always land on the first wall.
Will my photos move to a new iPhone?: Your data lives on the device. Restoring a new iPhone from a backup brings it along; deleting the app deletes it. Save the photos you love to Photos.
